David Damasio de Moura

David is a lawyer with more than 3 years’ experience in the civil practice and more than 9 years in the tax practice, having worked in large and medium-sized law firms and large national companies.

Highly experienced in assessing companies, he is focused in issues ranging from tax administrative and judicial litigation, representing both national and foreign companies in beverage, foreign trade, agribusiness, finance, manufacturing and retail sectors. He has also acted as an tax and regulatory consultant, mainly in the foreign trade and telecom sectors. David has kept a background in other practices, especially civil law, with the drafting and reviewing of real estate agreements, family law consulting and litigation, succession, collection, consumer issues and execution of agreements. Among his most important projects, he structured new businesses, analyzed fiscal aspects and impacts of idealized business activities which included international investments.

David has a LL.B. from the University of São Bernardo do Campo (FDSBC) in 2006, and has received titles of Specialist in Taw Law from the Brazilian Tax Studies Institute (Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários – IBET) in  2014 and Specialist in Civil Procedure Law from the Dom Bosco University (UDB) in 2009.
