OUR FIRM
Tognetti Advocacia was founded in 2016 by experienced lawyers and specialists with the purpose of being a business law firm with personalized service in the tax, corporate, contracts and wealth planning areas. We gather more than 20 years of experience involving solutions that combine legal knowledge and market vision.
The purpose of Tognetti Advocacia is to offer strategy and creative analysis that impact the complexity of legal demands in the development of clients' businesses.
Tognetti Advocacia is a member of two European Chambers of Commerce - Portuguese Chamber and the Italian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.
The firm acts as a Pro Bono for Aventura de Construir, which impacts the lives of micro-entrepreneurs, young people and families on the outskirts of São Paulo.
Our office works in Business Law. We are partners in decision-making and advisers on risk management. We identify opportunities and present solutions to protect our clients' interests.
